| 摘 要： | 为了培养适合于21世纪的护理技能型人才发展的需要,使学生进入临床前,能更好地提高临床思维能力和动手能力,该院成立了护理技能实验中心。特别在护理中心创新与发展方面,深入研究和探索,提高了学生的整体素质和学院的办学水平。

| Abstract: | Nursing laboratory center was established early in Nursing College of Jilin University in order to meet the needs of higher nursing talents in the 21st century, and improving students' clinical thought and practical ability before their entering into clinical practice.This paper studied the experience of innovation and development of nursing laboratory center.So as to improving the overall quality of students and the level of running a school. |
