| 摘 要： | 目前，我国的基础教育阶段缺乏系统的职业生涯教育，致使学生从中学阶段步入大学阶段，面临诸多的不适应。因此，积极探索和实践，在大学初期做好职业发展教育的衔接工作，帮助新生适应大学生活，树立职业生涯规划的意识，为贯穿大学阶段的职业发展教育和指导起到积极的推动作用。

| Abstract: | Recently, career development courses be lacking in China＇ s basic education level, which lead to many freshmen in university can＇ t adapt themselves to the new surroundings. So actively research and practise the regularity of career development courses in the early period of college education, to help freshmen to get used to the new life as soon as possible and make them build vocation planning awareness, furtherly make out the pre - occupation training systematically throughout the education, push forward the development of vocation planning and career direction courses. |
