| 摘 要： | 三年来,皖江城市带承接服务外包产业效果显著,服务产业集聚效应明显,但受到区域经济发展程度制约,并受到地方政府不当政策影响,服务产业布局仍较分散,影响服务产业的规模及经济效果。只有各地区合理规划、科学发展,并优化公共要素供给,皖江城市带承接服务外包产业的集聚效应才能进一步显现。

| Abstract: | Over the past three years, the effect of the service out-sourcing industry which is taken over by Wanjiang city belt and the accumulative effect of service industry is dramatically significant. However, it is restricted by development lever of regional economic and the improper policy impact of local government. The scattered layout of service industry affects the scale economic. Only the reasonable regional planning, scientific development and the optimized public supply could the accumulative effect of the service out-sourcing industry further demonstrate. |
