| 摘 要： | 当前地方高校教育技术学专业学生的就业形势非常严峻,已经到了需要做出深入反思的程度。这一现象的出现虽然有客观原因,但更多的是地方高校教育技术学专业自身因素造成的。其中培养目标、学科定位、课程设置和教学方法等都存在较大偏差。地方高校教育技术学专业的培养目标需更加注重应用型人才的复合性,学科定位应更加注重理论指导下的实践,课程设置需更加注重理论指导下的技能性,教学方法需要更加注重案例教学。
