| 摘 要： | ERP的核心是实现企业内部资源的优化配置，电子商务的核心是如何加速企业和企业之间的沟通。在分析ERP与电子商务系统的关系的基础上，提出了两系统数据集成的必要性，并结合XML相关技术及其优点，给出了一个ERP与电子商务系统数据集成的解决方案。

| Abstract: | The core of ERP is how to realize most optimum distribution of resource of enterprise,and the core of E-commerce is how to accelerate communication among the enterprises.Based on analysing the relationship between ERP and E-commerce systems the necessities of data integration are presented;Then the disadvantages and relevant technologies of XML are discussed;Finally a scheme for data integration of ERP and E-commerce systems is given. |
