| 摘 要： | 试对我国教育法律学科建设现状、加强教育法律学科建设必要性及教育法律学科建设在教育法制建设中的作用问题作简要分析，表明当前我国应大力倡导教育法律学科建设，从而全面、有效、科学地指导和推进社会主义教育法制建设，为社会发展服务。

| Abstract: | An analysis has been made on the reality,role and necessity of the construction of the educational law subject of our country.The analysis shows that the construction of educational law subject should be so strongly advocated that socialist law construction and social service can be improved entirely and efficiently. |
