| 摘 要： | 民族法学在我国是一门新兴学科。在建设社会主义法制社会的进程中,尊重各民族历史文化传统、尊重民族法学发展规律,构建我国民族法学学科体系和加强民族法学研究,对多民族国家的法制建设以及国家的稳定发展有着重要的现实意义。
