中国学生学习英语时的模糊容忍度

摘    要:为克服由语言的模糊性造成的学习困难,学习者必须具备一定的模糊容忍度.通过对英语专业学生的问卷调查,研究学习者模糊容忍度情况,模糊容忍度和学习时间之间的关系,以及听说读写四方面模糊容忍度的差异性,有助于认识和运用模糊容忍度来促进英语学习.

Abstract:In learning English as a foreign language, learners will encounter both the ambiguities inherent in English and those triggered by the lack of total correspondence between FL and the mother tongue. Tolerance of ambiguity is an important feature of language learners in overcoming these difficulties. The paper first explains the term "tolerance of ambiguity",then focus on the correlations between learners' tolerance of ambiguity and the time for learning English, and the differences between tolerance of ambiguity in reading, writing, listening and speaking. The author hopes that this paper will be helpful to Chinese people's English language learning.
