| Abstract: | Through the specific examples of the rich development of people-owned economy in Zhejiang province and the poor situation of that in Gansu,the writer thinks that there are many reasons such as the region,genius and finance that cause such problems.The key to develop the people-owned economy is the reform of mechanism,which includes the reform of the property mechanism,reform of the financial mechanism,reform of the genius mechanism and the reform of government mechanism.. |
