| 摘 要： | 随着高校体制改革的进一步深化和高校管理朝着办公自动化、层级化和系统化发展,高校档案管理面临新的挑战。高校档案管理必须建立网络化档案管理体系,实行计算机管理模式,加强管理人员专业素质现代化,努力提高高校档案管理效能。

| Abstract: | The document administration in higher school is facing a new challenge as the system reform is deepened further and the administration is developing toward automation and systematization. What' s more, there also exist quite a few problems. Therefore, it' s urgent to heighten modernization of document administration and quicken the process of automation. Thus, some strategies and measures, such as the network of document administration model of computer administration system and modernization of professional qualities of administrative personnel , have to be adopted to improve the efficiency of document administration in higher school. |
