| 摘 要： | 宪法监督是促进宪法实施 ,实现法治的重要保障。我国的现行宪法监督制度在实践中存在的缺陷和障碍不容忽视。本文拟从当今世界上三种主要宪法监督模式及理论基础的优点和不足的分析中 ,寻找适合我国国情的成分加以移植 ,并且结合我国现行体制 ,在对当前理论观点作保留性评析中 ,提出建立我国新型宪法监督制度的初步设想。

| Abstract: | The supervision of constitution is the guarantee to enforce constitution and realize the rule of law. The defects in the system of the supervision of constitution in China is not negligible. There are three current patterns of the supervision of constitution.Using them for reference, the design of the system of supervision of constitution in China should combine its present national conditions. |
