| 摘 要： | 在现代电子商务活动中，一系列自动化系统大大地简化了交易程序，提高了交易的效率，同时也加剧了交易信息不对称的程度。日益繁荣的电子商务表象背后却隐藏着诚信的缺位，没有诚信的商务活动，交易安全就失去了根基。因此，如何将诚实信用原则这一民商法的“帝王法则”贯彻于电子商务交易之中，并且建立起一整套有效保障交易安全的机制成为电子商务健康可持续发展的重要环节。

| Abstract: | In the modem electronic business activities, a series of automatic systems have dramatically simplified the transaction procedure, improved the transaction efficiency and increased the possibility of the asymmetry of transaction information. The faith vacancy phenomenon is hidden in the increasingly prosperous electronic business transactions. Without faithful business activities, the transaction security will lose its foundation. Therefore, to ensure the sound and sustainable develop- ment of the electronic business, it is very important to relate the the principle of good faith （ the Golden Rule of the civil and commercial law） to the transaction of the electronic business and build up a set of effective systems to guarantee the safety of business transaction. |
