| 摘 要： | 人民币汇率稳定对国内和国际都具有积极性．当前中国应当坚持人民币汇率稳定。然而汇率稳定不是人民币汇率的终极目标。近期人民币汇率制度应当是有管理的浮动汇率制，并逐步增加汇率的弹性，为将来实行浮动汇率创造条件。

| Abstract: | Keeping the stabilization of RMB exchange rate plays a positive role at home and abroad. At present, China should stick to the policy of stabilizing RMB exchange rate. However, the stabilization of exchange rate is not the ultimate aim. The present system of RMB exchange rate, which should be a managed floating one and meanwhile enhance its elasticity step by step, will lay a foundation for the would-be floating exchange rate. |
