德国与日本企业参与职业教育态度的变迁及对我国产教结合的启示

摘    要:德、日两国的产教结合模式分别为"双元制"、"合作教育"与"企业内教育".两国企业参与职业教育的态度都经历了不同的变化,影响企业态度的因素主要有经济、企业、政府、国情等,但最终决定因素是企业的利益目标.我国的职业教育应当在服务于企业经营目标的前提下促进企业的参与,走产教结合创新之路.

Abstract:Cooperation between businesses and education in Germany is dual system education model. In Japan, it is experienced cooperative education and education in enterprise. Over time the attitudes of enterprises of each respective country towards participation in vocational education have changed. Some of the main factors influencing attitudes concern with economics, the enterprise, the government and the situation of the country. But the ultimate deciding factor is the profit objective of the enterprise. In China the prerequisite to promoting enterprises' participation in vocational education is that it should serve their management objective. Innovation in the cooperation between business and education is also needed.
