抗车辙型密断级配沥青混合料设计

摘    要:介绍了采用空隙填充法进行抗车辙型密断级配KH-25沥青混合料配合比设计的全过程,并对各项路用性能进行了试验研究。试验结果和实际应用表明KH-25沥青混合料组集料含量较常规的粗粒式沥青混合料增大,属于密断级配骨架密实结构,施工不离析,密实耐久性好,抗车辙能力强,是良好的沥青路面的中面层材料,有较大的推广应用价值。

Abstract:The design procedure of a new KH-25 asphalt mixture with Coarse Aggregate Void Filling method is presented in this paper. Our testing result shows that KH-25 asphalt mixture, dense and gap-graded, owns a dense stone-matrix structure, good stability, has no separation during construction. It is durable and impermeable. It is good for midcourse of asphalt of pavement. The actual application in Nanning-liuzhou Expressway also shows that it is good and it may have good future of application in pavement.
