教师专业发展视域下的高校师范生评课探析

摘    要:教师专业发展已日益受到各国学者的重视,师范教育阶段在教师专业发展中起承上启下的作用,评课能促进教师的专业发展。全文阐述了评课的基本含义,明确了高校开展评课活动的意义,分析了高校师范生评课存在的主要问题,提出了提高师范生评课能力的主要对策。

Abstract:The teacher professional development has received an increasing attention from scholars in various countries.Teacher education plays a role of link between the proceding and the following in the teacher profesional development.Class evaluation can promote the professional development of teachers.In this paper,the author expounoled the basic meaning of class evaluation,cleared the significance of the class evaluation in colleges and universities,analyzed the the main problems in class evalation,and proposed some countermeasures on how to improve the student’s ability in class evaluating.
