| 摘 要： | 女大学生就业难问题已经成为社会各界关注的焦点,其形成原因有多种,其中女大学生就业观存在误区是关键的主观因素。要解决女大学生的就业难问题,就必须重塑女大学生的就业观。从性别话语角度来说,就是要将男女平等与女性发展的观念融入性别话语之中。
