| 摘 要： | 高校党建是党的建设新的伟大工程的重要组成部分,高校理应走在建设学习型党组织的前列。高校建设学习型党组织,是建设高校党组织坚强领导核心的前提基础,是增强党员干部改革创新能力的组织保证,也是不断开拓高校改革与发展新局面的重要条件。要以改革创新精神推进高校学习型党组织的建设;以优良学风促进高校学习型党组织的建设;以科学制度保障高校学习型党组织的建设。
