| 摘 要： | 人力资源是高校后勤改革和发展的保障。文章从高校后勤社会化改革发展的需要出发，简要地阐述了后勤人力资源开发管理的重要性，并针对当前面临的主要问题进行了分析，同时提出了相应的管理对策。
