| 摘 要： | 从全面质量管理的广泛适用性、我国成人高等教育产业属性的确立、全面质量管理的几个核心理念与我国成人高等教育管理实际的契合等方面来看,我国成人高等教育实施全面质量管理是可行的;从应对新世纪的机遇和挑战、适应高等教育发展需要等方面来看,我国成人高等教育实施全面质量管理是必要的。
