| 摘 要： | 通过分析历年来临汾市排污费征收额和工业企业万元产值收费率的变化,得出排污收费相对逐年下降的结论。进一步分析了目前排污收费工作存在的问题,并提出了强化排污费征收工作的可行性建议。

| Abstract: | This essay,through analyzing the years' pollution charges and the charge rate changes to industrial enterprises with ten thousand dollars of production value in City Linfen,draws a conclusion that the pollution charges are decreasing year by year.Then it further analyzes the problems in the current pollution charge work and proposes some viable suggestions of strengthening levy work upon pollution charges. |
