| 摘 要： | 电视民生新闻的兴起反映了时代发展的需要，电视民生新闻概念的提出将话语权交给了广大受众。体现了以民为本的价值取向，标志着电视新闻业的一大进步。本文试图以乌鲁木齐地区电视民生新闻《大事小事》为读本，解读电视民生新闻的内涵、发展背景，对乌鲁木齐地区电视民生新闻提出一些积极的发展建议。

| Abstract: | The popularity of Television news of people＇s livelihoods reflects the needs of nowadays＂ development, the concept of Television news of people＇s livelihoods gives the right to speak to wide audiences, embodies the citizen-centric value orientation, and indicates a big step forward of TV journalism. This paper attempts to consult ＂Big and Small Issues＂ as the contents to interpret the connotation and the development background of Television news of people＇s livelihoods, and rises some positive development proposals to Television news of people＇s livelihoods in Urumqi. |
