| 摘 要： | 为了重建一个理想的国家,柏拉图将正义作为救治的良方。柏拉图超越对正义经验性的认识,主张对正义进行理性的思考,并在理性正义的基础上构建理想的国家。其正义理论中,有关正义是对社会公共利益的追求、正义是固守本分各尽其责、正义的目的是实现人和社会和谐的思想都在某种程度上具有其合理性,对当代公共行政尤其对当代公共行政正义的实现具有一定的积极意义。

| Abstract: | Plato viewed justice a good way to construct an ideal state.He advocated to surmount empirical knowledge and to think justice rationally,then to construct an ideal state on the rational justice.In his theory,much thought is reasonable to a certain extent,such as justice is a kind of pursuit for social public interest;it is every social class does one's business;the ultimate aim is people and the social harmony,and the theory has some positive significance especially for contemporary public administrative justice. |
