| 摘 要： | 18世纪是英国开始从农业社会向工业社会转变的过渡时期,这一时期的突出特点之一便是社会分化的加剧。整体而言,18世纪英国社会结构呈现出的是一种三层式架构,处于社会顶层的是贵族集团,居于社会底层的是下层民众,而介于二者之间的则是一个日益壮大的中间阶层,并逐步发展为中产阶级。

| Abstract: | The 18th century was a transitional period for England to transform from an agricultural society to an industrial one,and its outstanding characteristic was the speedy and tense social division.In general,the social structure at that time was three-layered,with the aristocracy upon its top,the lower people in its bottom,and between these two groups laid the middle rank which expanded increasingly into the middle class. |
