| 摘 要： | 智力资本与企业创新关系的研究是知识管理领域的热点问题之一。研究在文献梳理的基础上,提出了智力资本与企业创新之间关系的假设模型。通过国内外主要文献数据库的查找,以及离群值和偏倚性检验,最终获得48篇相互独立的样本文献。经Meta分析方法处理后,得到了以下结论:智力资本对企业创新具有显著的正向影响作用;智力资本对企业创新的影响随时间因素和文化差异的变化而变化;当智力资本为多维结构或两者之间存在中介变量时,智力资本对企业创新的作用更显著。

| Abstract: | The relationship between intellectual capital and enterprise's innovation has become a hot issue on knowledge management research. Based on the literature review,this paper put forward a hypothetical model of the relationship between intellectual capital and enterprise's innovation, and got 48 independent empirical documents as well as outlier and bias test from major domestic and foreign literature database. By Meta-analysis, the paper reached the following conclusions: firstly, it shows that there is a significant positive relationship between intellectual capital and enterprise's innovation; secondly, the influence on enterprise's innovation may change with the alteration of time and cultural background; finally, the intellectual capital has more obvious effect on enterprise's innovation for the existence of multi-dimensional structure of independent variable and mediating variables. |
