| 摘 要： | 就业指导课是一门集理论性、实战性及参与性为一体的课程,为了上好这门课本人结合几年的教学尝试,在其具体的实践过程中,对其教法进行了一些探索,觉得要注重好以下几个方面的结合：一是以理论为指导。加强理论与实践的结合;二、实行课内教学与课外实践的结合,使教学形式灵活多样;三、传授就业技巧时应注重与思想教育相结合。

| Abstract: | Employment instruction course is a curriculum integrated with theory, practicality and participation. The author ,standing on her teaching experiences, explores the methods and concludes them as three "combinations" : 1. strengthening the combination of theory and practice ,with theory as guidance;2.combining in-class teaching with out-class practice, making teaching form flexible and various; 3. combining the skills in employment with ideological education, focusing the effectiveness. |
