| 摘 要： | 在改革开放和建设社会主义市场经济的新形势下,高校党建工作需要进一步改进和加强。为了保证《中国教育改革和发展纲要》和《教育法》的实施,高校党组织必须适应新形势的需要,认识新形势下高校党建工作的特点。要着重解决好三个问题,即指导思想问题,党组织自身建设问题,干部队伍建设问题。高校党建工作只有研究新情况,解决新问题,才能再上一个新台阶。
