| 摘 要： | 篮球裁判员是篮球比赛的执法乾和管理，根据篮球运动的现状和发展趋势，分析了我国裁判队伍的基本状况，提出CBA裁判员应抓住机遇，加强专业理论与临场执裁和英语学习，提高其裁判的整体水平，逐步向裁判职业化，年轻化的方向发展。

| Abstract: | Basketball referee is the judge and manager of the match.Based on present state and developing tide,the article analyses the fundamental status of referee staffs and proposes that have to grasp the opportunity,strengthen the learning of professional theory and English language,raise entire level of referee for CBA,then,gradually develop toward the direction of professionalization and youngazation. |
