| 摘 要： | 法国具有重视教育与评价的良好传统。在课堂层面和学校层面，评价对教育政策发挥着重要的作用。从中我们可以看出建立评价量化指标体系，可以为教育政策制定提供工具和依据；评价与政策的互动体现在评价会在政策中形成一种化．而政策通过评价体现为一种不断决策的过程。最后，教育评价并不能代替教育政策，它还需要考虑到政治因素。

| Abstract: | France has long boasted a virtue of attending to education and evaluation. Both class and school evaluations play a positive role in the educational strategies. A system of qualitative evaluation can thus be established, which may provide with basis and mechanisms for the educational policies. Moreover, the interactive relationship between evaluation and policies will gradually become a culture, while policies represent processes of manipulations by means of evaluation. Yet, educational evaluations cannot take the place of educational policies, due to the political factors. |
