| 摘 要： | 为适应社会主义市场经济的发展，高校内部管理体制正在进行改革，新的管理体制和运行机制逐步建立。在新形势下，如何管好、用好国有资产、确保国有资产的安全、完整、保值和增值，充分发挥国有资产在高校中的作用，是我们管理部门和管理工作者亟待研究的课题。本文就高校国有资产管理问题提出一些看法和思考，以期共同探讨，促进管理。

| Abstract: | In order to suit the development of the socialist market-oriented economy, the internal management system at institutions of higher learning is being reformed. The new management systems and operating mechanisms are established gradually. Under this circumstances, the immediate research topic for our management department and administrative personnel is how to take good care of and make good use of the state assets and how to ensure the safety, integrity, value and increments of these assets. In the hope of making a joint research and promoting the management, this paper shows its viewpoint and deep thought over the problems of state assets management at institutions of higher learning. |
