| Abstract: | Accelerating the reform of the cultural system is conducive to further liberate and develop cultural productivity and to enhance China＇ s soft power. In the process of deepening the reform of the cultural system, it is very important to handle well some major relationships, namely, unification and diversification, cultural under- taking and cultural industry, social benefits and economic benefits, and reform of the cultural system and devel- opment and stability. |
