| 摘 要： | 采用跟踪调查法、《A&B》难度实力评分法及数据库原理,以1968至1980年出生的12个年龄组109名不同技术层次的运动员为研究对象,对我国女子体操一线队伍人员结构、层次递升、技术发展的现状及其运动变化的某些规律进行了历时四年的跟踪调查研究,基本掌握了当前中国女子体操一线队伍人员年龄、地区、技术结构状况;归纳出影响层次递升节奏的三大制约因素;指出了技术发展中的成绩与问题。并在此基础上提出了有关体操发展战略和训练道路的若干建议。

| Abstract: | Throught four years tracing investigation of 109 women gymnasts born from 1968 to 1980,this paper has studied the talents composition,their grade raising and technical development of the top-level Chinese women gymasts. Their age and area distribution and technical structure were made clear,three factors that restricted their grade raising were induced,and both achievements and problems in the development of techniques were pointed out. The paper has also put forwarded som proposals for the strategical development and training of women's gymnastics. |
