| 摘 要： | 本通过对大学生个性发展与社会责任感培养的理性思考,进而分析了大学生个性发展与社会责任感“二律背反”的现象及原因,同时选取了几个实例加以论证,总结出几条可借鉴或可参考的能够促使大学生良好个性的发展与社会责任感增强趋同的途径。

| Abstract: | Through the theoretical analysis of the development of college students' personality and the training of college students' social responsibility, the article discusses the phenomena and reason of the "Two Contrasting Principles"--developing college students' personality and increasing college students' social responsibility.Meanwhile,several cases are presented and analysed.The article concludes with several methods which are helpful in improving both the college students' personality and social responsibility. |
