| 摘 要： | 文章分析了影响学生良好学习动机形成的因素和学校教育教学中的现实状况,从以下四个方面探讨了正确培养和激发学生学习动机的具体方法:建立学习定向的课堂环境;充分利用学生的需要和内在动机;帮助学生确立学习目标和控制学习;对学生的信息反馈和外部控制。

| Abstract: | The article analyses the factors which influence students' study motivation and the status of school education.Furthermore,it also discusses how to inspire study motivation on four aspects: establishing studying directional classroom circumstance;utilizing students' needs and motivation;helping students confirm study direction and control their studies,and feeding back students' information and controlling from outside. |
