| 摘 要： | 加强高师学生的教师职业技能训练是高师院校实现培养目标，为基础教育培养高素质新型教师的一项重要任务。针对因缺乏必要观念支持和整体设计，以及以学科教学法为主要依托的较为单一的训练模式，致使高师生职业素质普通欠缺的现状，试图构建“明确目标－系统指导－示范引路－实践锻炼－考核评价”新的训练模式。

| Abstract: | It is fundamental for teachers colleges and universities to strengthen their students' professional technique training. And in this way they may well achieve their target of fostering high-quality modern teachers for elementary education. While the present training pattern lacks the necessary concept support and overall plan, it is just based on subject pedagogics and often leads to the students' low professional quality. This paper attempts to construct a new training pattern of target-direction-demonstration-practice-check. |
