| 摘 要： | 从哲学角度对信息运动的三个层次进行了分析,论述了每个层次信息运动的特点。指出情报与思维信息的同一关系,从新的角度剖析了情报概念,得出情报是个体精神世界之间互相联系、互相作用的中介——思维信息的结论。

| Abstract: | From the angle of philosophy, this paper analyses the three layers of information (xinxi) movement and describes its characteristics of each layer. It deems the identical relationships between information (qingbao) and thought information (xinxi), dissects information (qingbao) concept from a new point of view, and draw a conclusion: information (qingbao) is thought information (xinxi), the medium of interconnection and interaction between the mental worlds of individuals. |
