| 摘 要： | 驻防八旗制度是清朝的军事、社会组织制度,在政治、经济生活中占据十分重要的地位。道光朝前期,由于驻防官员贪污腐败及八旗子弟奢侈堕落,驻防八旗生计问题日益严重。道光帝采取了＂汉军出旗＂、严查抱养冒籍、添设养育兵等措施,一定程度缓解了问题,但无法从根本上阻止八旗制度的衰落。
