| 摘 要： | 在全国实施人才强国战略中,推进人才强校建设是高校发展的必然选择。当前,推进人才强校建设的机遇和挑战同在,高校必须创新人才观念,确立“师本位”思想,树立人才的科学发展观,坚持党管人才原则,建立健全人才管理体制和机制,加强人才队伍建设,为全面建设小康社会和国民经济发展,提供坚强的人才保证和智力支持。

| Abstract: | China is carrying out a policy of strengthening the nation through the strategy of a sound talented person system.Under these circumstances,it is a best choice for colleges and universities to make themselves stronger by upholding the scientific view of human talents.Colleges and universities are in the face of opportunities as well as challenges.The author of the present paper believes that they should bring in new ideas of human talents,uphold scientific view of talent development,hold the principle of Party supervision over personnel resources work,build up the perfect system and mechanism of talent management,with a view to supplying qualified talents and intellectual resources for achieving moderate prosperity in China in an all-round way and improving national economy. |
