| 摘 要： | 体育精神是体育文化的精髓和灵魂,其深刻蕴涵包括以人为本精神、英雄主义精神、公平竞争精神和团队合作精神等。体育精神不仅对于体育本身的存在、进化和发展具有科学性价值,并且集中体现了人类的理性精神,渗透到现代人人类社会生活的各个方面,具有深远的教育价值。
