| 摘 要： | 利用DEA的非参数Malmquist指数方法对我国1985-2007年各地区TFP及其构成的地区差异和变化趋势进行分析,可以看出:我国各地区的TFP均实现了增长,技术进步是TFP增长的主要动力;纯技术效率的恶化导致了东、中部技术效率的下降,而西部的纯技术效率和规模效率均实现了增长;多数地区存在投入拥挤和产出不足的状况,其中西部地区最严重.因此,需要针对分析结果提出相关政策建议.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes TFP and its regional difference from 1985 to 2007 and shows that TFP increases because of technological improvement.Efficiency has declined in east and central region while efficiency has risen in western region.Thus,the paper offers some policy advice with regard to the analyzing result. |
