| 摘 要： | 高等函授教育有其显的特点，而函授教育质量是其成长的生长素，可持续发展是高等函授教育的根本目标。本对高等函授教育的基本特点、高等函授教育质量进行了描述，并对推动我国高等函授教育可持续发展提出了若干想法和建议。
