| 摘 要： | 大学新生入学面临一个全新的环境,思想上可能会产生许多困惑,若不正确引导,就有可能迷失方向。大学第一学期是大学生思想政治教育的关键期,高校教师必须根据新生的特点,有的放矢地做好新生思想引导工作,采取各种对策帮助他们主动适应新环境,正确把握关键时期,引导新生顺利完成角色转换,合理安排大学课余时间,增强他们的社会适应能力。

| Abstract: | Facing the comletely new environment, university freshmen may have many puzzles, and they might lose their ways if they are not correctly guided. For ideological and political work, the first term palys a key period for the healthy moral development for university freshmen. In this case, university teaching staff should help them to get used to the new environment, help them to transfer their roles from high school studetns to university students, guide them to properly arrange university spare time, and help them to strenghten the social suitabiltiy. All the work above should be based on the charateristics of freshmen. |
