| 摘 要： | 通过对我国与美国高校开展健康教育的情况进行分析,比较,认为学校体育是健康教育的最主要方式之一,提出了在高校实施健康的设想,探讨我国高校健康教育的发展方向,为促使我国高校健康教育体系的进一步完善,培养高质量的人才提供参考。

| Abstract: | Improvement of sports techniques and standards for physical training are paid attention to while health education and cultivation of scientific exercise habits are ignored in the present physical education in our colleges and universities.Health education includes not only physical education but also mental heelth education and social health education.Compared with the health education in the United states,school physical education was thought of as one of the nost important means of health education in China.The tentative plan to implement health education in our colleges was put forward and the development of health education was studied as well. |
