| 摘 要： | 介绍机构库的资源内容和国外几个有代表性的机构库项目--DSpace联盟工程、CARL试验项目、ARNO工程；全面地分析机构库的资源内容、技术系统和管理方式，并阐明其管理系统和资源内容的提交过程；最后指出机构库的发展在给图书馆员带来机遇与挑战的同时，推动图书馆管理方式的进一步完善。

| Abstract: | This paper first briefly introduces the resource content of institutional repositories (IR)and several typical IR projects in foreign countries. Then it describes the technological system and its management features in detail. At the same time, IR management and submission process of resource content are also explained in this paper. On this basis, it is shown in this paper that IR can net only bring benifits and challenges to librarians, but it also can improve the management of the library. |
