| 摘 要： | 党的十八大报告是充分发扬民主、集中全党全国各族人民智慧的产物，既集中地展现了党的十六大以来理论创新的重要成果，也创造性地提出了一系列新思想、新观点、新论断、新要求、新举措，是一篇马克思主义中国化理论创新的纲领性文献。其理论创新突出地体现在以下七个方面：一是对90多年来根本成就的新总结；二是对科学发展观的新阐述和新定位；三是对中国特色社会主义内涵的新阐释；四是对中国特色社会主义基本要求的新概括；五是对中国特色社会主义总部署的新谋划；六是对全面建成小康社会和深化改革的新要求；七是对全面提高党的建设科学化水平的新部署。

| Abstract: | Hu＇s report at 18th Party Congress is a product of fully democracy and wisdom of the whole Party and the people of all ethnic groups, in which has shown the great results of theoretical innovation since the Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and has created a series of new thoughts, ideas, claims, requirements and measures. It is viewed as a programmatic document of Chinese Marxism＇s theoretical innovation. Its innovation is hightlighted as thef followings seven respects： a new summary of great achievements in the past 90 years; an analysis and orientation of the scientific outlook on development; a new explanation of the meaning of the socialism with Chinese characteristics; a new summary of the basic requirements of the socialism of Chinese characteristics; a new design of the general arrangement of the socialism with Chinese characteristics; a new requirement in the process of fully completing the well-off society and deepening the reform and opening up and a new plan of improving the scientific level of the party building in all aspects. |
