| 摘 要： | 探讨了特色资源的选择和建设原则，并以《中国煤矿事故数据库》为例，探讨了数字特藏建设过程中把信息技术与信息资源有机地结合起来进行深层次的数据收集和挖掘，并根据整合后的数据规律来进行灾害预测和决策支持，从而实现专题数据库资源的知识管理。

| Abstract: | The article discussed how to select and develop the special resource in a academic library . Taking an example of ' Chinese Mine Accident Database , the article discussed the following topics : the way of organization of the information technology and resource; how to collect and mine the data deeply; how to forecast disaster and make decision based on the conformity of data, so as to realize knowledge management on special database resource. |
