| 摘 要： | 商务谈判是商贸活动的重要组成部分,实现跨文化商务谈判的顺利完成是一个具有重要现实意义的研究课题.本文以Verschueren的顺应论为理论框架,探讨跨文化商务谈判中谈判者如何顺应谈判场合的交际语境,选择适当交际语言以保证跨文化商务谈判的顺利进行,尝试为跨文化商务谈判研究提供一个新的研究视角.

| Abstract: | As an essential component of business activities,business negotiation plays an important role in today’s society,and the research on how to be successful in cross-cultural business negotiation becomes significant.This study,taking Verschueren’s Adaption Theory as its theoretical basis,probes into the adaption of communicative context in cross-cultural business negotiation.The negotiators should choose suitable communicative language to ensure the smoothness of business negotiation.This study tries to provide a new viewpoint for the research of cross-cultural negotiation. |
