| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代高校图书馆的地位更加重要,对图书馆馆员也提出了新的要求,搞好图书馆的管理势在必行,为此,图书馆管理层应该树立"以人为本"的理念,从健全有效的考核机制、正确把握激励的时机和建立合理的奖励制度等方面来构建图书馆管理中的激励机制,这些途径是实行人性化管理的有效方式,是科学的管理机制,能充分挖掘馆员潜力,进而调动馆员的工作积极性。

| Abstract: | In the times of knowledge economy,college libraries play a more and more important part,so we must manage the libraries better in an efficient way.As the managers of college libraries,we must establish the idea of human oriented,set up efficient assessment mechanism,correctly master the incentive opportunity and establish reasonable encouragement mechanism.These ideas are the efficient methods of humanizing administration and scientific management mechanism,which can exploit the librarian’s potentials and arouse their working enthusiasm. |
