| 摘 要： | 在广泛调研的基础上，采用“工作过程导向”课程设计方法分析了房地产销售实务课程，确定了房地产销售实务课程面向的主要职业岗位，并在分析职业岗位典型工作任务的基础上设计了课程的工作项目和学习型工作任务，最后从教学团队、教学方法和考核评价等方面对课程教学实施进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Based on wide investigations, this paper analyzes the curriculum of real estate sales business, which involves the method of designing the curriculum with the working-process orientation, major professional posts, and the working items and learning-type tasks, which are based on analyses of the typical job tasks. It finally discusses the implement of the curriculum teaching from such aspects as teaching staff, teaching methods and teaching assessment. |
