| 摘 要： | 作为全面质量管理（TQM）的重要理论基础,戴明循环被广泛应用于质量管理过程,这个过程按照计划—执行—检查—处理四个阶段循环往复、不断改进。将戴明循环应用于绿色大学的建设实践中,参照戴明循环的四阶段论,将其深化为计划—执行—评价—优化四阶段模式,为创建绿色大学提供了清晰的组织框架,有利于提高当前或潜在的可持续发展活动的效率和质量,对我国绿色大学的建设提供有效的借鉴。

| Abstract: | As the important theory basis of a Total Quality Management（TQM）,Deming Cycle is widely used in the Quality Management process.According to the four phases of Deming Cycle,this process recycles and continually improves.With the reference to the four phases of Deming cycle,this paper applies the Deming Cycle in the construction of green colleges,deepening it to the four phases of planning,implementing,evaluating and optimizing.By providing a clear organizational framework for constructing green colleges,the cycle improves the effectiveness of the sustainable development and provides an effective example for constructing green colleges in China. |
